"It takes courage to endure the sharp pains of self discovery, rather than choose to take the dull pain of unconsciousness that would last the rest of our lives." --Marianne Williamson

The Story of Terri's Archetype
This course is for you if … • You want to awaken your creativity. • You want to express an inner vision. • You have a part of yourself that wants to be fully expressed. • You are ready to see how the past is living in your present. • You sense that there is more than your external circumstances that are holding you back. • You want to release your voice and stop conflating, shrinking, or withdrawing. • You want to feel joyful and fully alive. • You ready to release your emotional armoring and allow your true self to show. • You have a yearning to connect with your deeper feminine nature. In Art Journaling, we're not creating finished pieces of art. The pieces are for you. This course is NOT for you if you are looking for a course on specific painting techniques or guidance around creating finished pieces of art.
Yes! A supplies list and suggestions for how to set up your space will be in the first module. Terri will guide you through each step of the process. If you get stuck, just pop into the Facebook group to ask questions.
How much time you spend is really up to you. Many participants tell me that once they experience this process they can't wait to come back to their journal. You can work at your own pace. You may find some art journeys come quickly while others are a bit slower. There's no need to rush. You have lifetime access to all the materials.
If the course does not meet your expectations, we are happy to give you a full refund within one week of your purchase. After that, there are no refunds or extensions for this course. Thank you for understanding.
This program is NOT art therapy. This program is designed to help you find some artful strategies to know yourself better and play with the many layers of your deeper Self. Although it can be therapeutic, the program is not therapy and does not replace work you would do with a therapist. Those in crisis, who are victims of child abuse, have unhealed trauma, or are struggling with addictions would do best to seek professional help first. If you’re not sure if you’re ready for this program and are already working with a therapist, ask your therapist about joining this program.
